Meals on Wheels
- Meals on Wheels is a program that offers well-balanced meals to older adults through home delivery. They serve Adams, Arapahoe, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Gilpan, Jefferson, Larimer, Lafayette, Louisville, Erie, and Superior counties.
- An individual must be 60 years or older and assessed as homebound. Other criteria for eligibility apply in specific limited circumstances.

- There is no charge for the meals, but contributions are appreciated.

Project Angel Heart
- Project Angel Heart (PAH) prepares and delivers medically tailored meals to people living with severe illnesses free of charge.
- PAH delivers within a 1,650-square mile region of metropolitan Denver, Boulder, Longmont, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo. To see our full delivery area, visit here. They also ship meals to rural Coloradans eligible to receive meals.
