Requirements gathering before GC Weekend
He is what we are aiming at regarding the upcoming GC for gathering requirements.

4 Weeks out - Kick off meeting with Nonprofits and BAs. This will be a conference call/webinar where we'll go through the projects that the nonprofits have. We'll then assign a BA resource to each nonprofit.

4 weeks to 1 week out - nonprofits and BAs work on requirements.

1 week out - conference call/webinar with all nonprofits, BAs and volunteers to go through the nonprofit projects along with the requirements gathered. This will allow an insight into the upcoming projects to the volunteers and allow for Q&A.
