Donor Management

How do you track donors?

We've found a few tools through the course of the GC events that are worth checking out.  The first is SalesForce.com (SFDC). SFDC offers a great deal to nonprofits with the 501c3 status which is 10 seats to their Enterprise edition CRM.  More information can be found here: http://www.salesforce.com/solutions/non-profit-higher-ed/.  One great thing is that they offer a nonprofit setup template that pre-configures SFDC to nonprofit terms, so as an example - customer is renamed to donor, etc...

Another offering is the CRM offering from Zoho which can be found here: http://www.zoho.com/crm/. Zoho offers 3 free seats, is easier to use but doesn't have a setup template for nonprofits so you either deal with the customer terminology or you can rename the fields (fairly easily).

Please share how you manage donors.

As a part of the Nonprofit Program, I would like to know what the plans are for YouTube LIVE service for Nonprofit cehannls.I'd also like to see a way to include direct donations from a YouTube embedded video using annotations. This would be an annotation with UI similar if not identical to the existing donation button on the main page itself. http://zifsiyaldf.com ihapyx [link=http://zdqgqd.com]zdqgqd[/link]
